Heidi Maddox has served as Charlotte County’s Transit Operations Manager since 2023. Heidi has driven key improvements, including implementing scheduling software to reduce wait-times and optimize routes, launching a mobile app with real-time tracking and trip planning, and creating a community outreach program to engage riders, gather feedback and better align services with community needs.
