About me
Liz Soriano is a Project Manager for Collier Area Transit. With over 22 years of dedicated public service experience within Collier County Government, including 7 years in transit Project Management, she brings extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and delivery of construction transit projects. Earlier in her career, she led the roadway landscape beautification maintenance program for Collier County, overseeing large scale operations, resource management, and contractor performance, experience that strengthened her ability to manage diverse projects and teams.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM), which supports her ability to lead cross functional teams, manage resources effectively, and drive projects from concept through completion. Her focus is on enhancing rider experience, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Contributing to the agency’s Purrrfect Ride motto.
