About me
Enjoli Dixon is the Founder of Mobilitique Consulting, where she provides transportation planning, training, technical assistance, grant writing, outreach, and capacity-building services focused on urban, rural, tribal, and mobility management initiatives. She also serves as an Advisor for the Rural and Tribal Transportation Training Institute and as Chief Content Officer for TransitCon.
With more than 20 years of experience in the transportation and design industries both nationally and internationally, Enjoli is widely recognized for her leadership and advocacy in public transit, mobility management, accessibility, and coordinated transportation services. Her work spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, with significant contributions to transportation coordination and equity through initiatives connected to the Coordinating Council on Access and Mobility (CCAM).
Enjoli began her transportation career at the University of Kansas with KU on Wheels while also working with TranSystems Corporation on bicycle, pedestrian, and bus rapid transit projects. She later joined the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), serving within the Multimodal Transit team and the Office of External Civil Rights. Throughout her career, she has led and supported projects involving ridesharing, ADA planning, mobility management, bus rapid transit, light rail, rural transit, and tribal transportation.
Her previous roles include Rural Transit Project Manager for the National Rural Transit Assistance Program (National RTAP), Project Associate and FTA Liaison for Regions 4 and 7 with the National Center for Mobility Management, and Technical Specialist II with the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center. In these positions, she provided policy guidance, technical assistance, and program leadership for transportation agencies and nonprofit organizations across the country.
Enjoli holds a Master of Architecture with a concentration in Urban Planning and Social Issues and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology from State Technical College of Missouri.
She currently serves on several Transportation Research Board (TRB) committees, including Native American Transportation Issues, Equity in Transportation, Accessible Transportation and Mobility, and Bicycle Transportation. She is also a co-founder and board member of the Association of Mobility Managers and serves on a variety of research panels to improve transportation across the nation.
