Rachael Cappolla is currently the Executive Assistant/Certified Records Manager for Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) in Pinellas County, Florida. She has over 35 years of experience as an administrative professional, working in both public schools and the transit industry. Originally from Connecticut, Rachael moved to the great State of Florida in 2005 with her two children. She began her career at PSTA in 2007 and recently received two credentials: Certified Administrative Professional and Florida Certified Records Manager. She is also a member of the Florida Association of City Clerks and the Florida Records Management Association. In addition to supporting the CEO of PSTA, she also works closely with elected officials serving on the PSTA Board of Directors and manages the Authority’s records management program. She takes pride in helping the organization run effectively while supporting the people behind them.
