Ron Jones has more than 35 years of experience in the paratransit industry, with hands-on expertise across all aspects of service delivery. He currently oversees Palm Tran Connection, a system that schedules approximately 5,000 passenger trips each weekday across 260 routes.
Palm Tran Connection provides eligibility, reservations, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, and contract compliance in-house, supported by a team of more than 60 employees. Services are delivered through a blended model that includes dedicated service providers, non‑dedicated transportation partners, and mobility‑on‑demand solutions.
