About me
Sierra LePore is the Director of Planning at the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority which owns and operates 4 airports within its system: Tampa International Airport, Tampa Executive Airport, Peter O’Knight Airport, and Plant City Airport. Sierra joined HCAA in April 2024 where she is responsible for the development of TPA’s 20-year Master Plan, facilitates the Authority’s 20-year capital improvement plan, as well as oversees a team focused on airspace permitting, sustainability & resiliency, CAD/BIM, and environmental compliance. She actively supports HCAA’s Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) planning initiatives, helping to position the Authority at the forefront of emerging aviation technologies and future mobility solutions.
