About me
Tracy Jahn is St. Lucie County’s Transit Operations Manager. She joined the Transit Team in September 2020. Tracy is responsible for overseeing operational and fiscal aspects of the County’s transit system, Area Regional Transit (ART), and other special transit programs. Area Regional Transit operates within St. Lucie County and connects with the neighboring counties of Indian River and Martin.
Tracy has extensive experience in financial and grant management. She oversees St. Lucie County’s Transit budget and ensures compliance with state and federal grant requirements. Tracy is also responsible for oversight of transit operations provided by St. Lucie County’s contracted transportation provider.
Tracy is a graduate of Plattsburgh State University of New York. She spent 20 years working in the Human Services field overseeing programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, and grant programs for income-constrained residents. Tracy is passionate about Transit and loves to explore new ways of providing transit options for our community. In her spare time, Tracy loves to spend time at the beach with her family.
